Otas-Eco is a water-hardening urethane: a new type of waterproofing material which is non-solvent-based and emits fewer odors. From primer urethane to top coating, no organic solvents are used. It is an ideal waterproofing method for the repair of veranda waterproofing close to living areas.

For the repair of apartment veranda waterproofing, approximately 1 L of organic solvent is applied per veranda, supposing that 2 kg/m2 of conventional urethane containing 5% organic solvent is used and the size of a typical veranda in a public housing apartment building is 7 m2
