Bunka Forum, Kasugai
Rooftop gardening has been attracting increasing attention. We suggested adopting it on the rooftop of the Sky Forum. Dyflex's construction plan was chosen, since our green place method offers easy installation and does not need surface concreting. The weight of the rooftop is reduced, which also enhances resistance to earthquakes. |

Project 3
Sogakudo Concert Hall at the Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts and Music
We applied overlaid waterproofing on the slope, since the existing waterproofing layer is made of thermal insulation materials. The thermal insulation effect will remain unchanged. Removal of the existing waterproofing layer was not necessary. This is a major advantage because there was no removal of materials required and thus no need for waste disposal. |

Project 4
An orthopedic clinic in Sagamihara City
The rooftop gardening waterproofing method was used to produce an effect that the owners (the clinic’s director and his wife) had long dreamed of. The previous layer had been waterproof rubber. In this case, a rooftop garden was made by combining the owners’ and Dyflex's ideas on curbing blocks and the final design. This is a good example of esthetically pleasing utilization of a rooftop space that used to be nothing more than a dreary surface. |

Project 5
Main office of Hansui Co. Ltd.
This is a perfect demonstration of the ease of installation of coating with waterproof material. There are no seams between the rooftop and the garden waterproofing layer. We also suggested specifications for lightweight and easily installed waterproof materials that were appealing to the customer. Although there were numerous base surfaces, we delivered a simple and clean rooftop by utilizing the advantages of coatings to the maximum. |

Project 6
Hikichidai Onsen Pool, Yamato City
We repaired the exterior wall and semicircular rooftop, through which water had been leaking. Because this is a frequently used facility, the period of construction had to be short. Rapid-hardening-type urethane was used to repair the semicircular roof. The city government requested waterproofing, rather than coating, of the exterior walls. Exterior wall waterproofing materials were applied to the exterior walls of the facility. |
