April 1964 Established as a subsidiary of Daiwa Ink Kogyo Co., Ltd. and embarked on the production and sales of epoxy resins used in the field of civil engineering and construction.
April 1968 Succeeded in developing polyurethane resin as a comprehensive manufacturer of special coatings and adhesive agents.
March 1973 Succeeded in developing floor coating materials and elastic paving for gymnasiums.
Febrary 1977 Developed the combined waterproofing DD method using special sheets and waterproof coating materials.
June 1979 Acquired approval for using the JIS label on rooftop waterproof coating materials.
June 1982 Built a new Technical Research Center in Oshima, Koto-ku.
April 1984 Succeeded in developing PAS sheets.
June 1986 The DD method applied to a total area of 6 million m2.
July 1987 Tie-up with Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Incorporated. Acquired shares of Dic Proofing Co., Ltd.
July 1988 Changed the company’s name from Daiwa Kobunshi Kogyo Co., Ltd. to Dyflex Co., Ltd.
April 1992 Established the "Quick Spray Method," an automated system for the high-speed application of hardening urethane
April 1994 Completed a new plant in Tsukuba.
September 1995 Transferred the headquarters from Hirakawa-cho to Jingu-mae.
October 1996 Built a new Technical Research Center in Funabashi City, Chiba prefecture.
September 1998 Built warehouses for dangerous goods and general storage at the Tsukuba plant.
October 1999 Succeeded in developing the "Values" series, a next-generation waterproofing method.
December 2000 Acquired ISO 9001 and 9002 certification.
April 2001 Transferred the Matsudo plant to Ukishima in Ibaraki prefecture. Changed the name to the Ukishima plant.
April Established a thermal insulation waterproofing method for thermal-storage tanks, the "Thermo Stock Method."
Febrarty 2002 Organized the Eco-Urex workshop.
April Technical tie-up with Mitsui Takeda Chemicals, Inc.
May Capital participation in Takeda U-plex Co., Ltd.
July Sales of the building protective and waterproofing system "Resitect".
March 2003 Transferred the headquarters from Jingu-mae to the Shinjuku NS building.
April 2003 Changed the company's name from Dyflex Co., Ltd. to Dyflex Holdings Co., Ltd. and re-established the operational department as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
May 2004 Comprehensively tied up with Tajima Roofing Co., Ltd.
June 2004 Established the Water Curing Urethane Promoting Association.
April 2005 Subsidized U-prex Co., Ltd.
August 2006 Sales of the clear membrane tile wall falling prevention with waterproofing function "EVERGUARD".
February 2007 Business Transfer from Kowa Chemical Industries Co.,Ltd.
April 2007 Changed the Trading Company Name from Dyflex Holdings Co., Ltd. to Dyflex Co., Ltd.
June 2010 Dyflex started Joint Venture with Sika Corp. (HQ, Baar in Switzerland) after Sika has acquired major shares of Dyflex HD Ltd.
July 2010 Sales of the low density ultra fast curing polyurethane waterproofing with the closed micro-cell structure "GET SYSTEM".
